How To Help
There are several ways to contribute and be a member of KFA:
  1. Donate unused Yarn
  2. Create a handmade items using your own supplies or our donated yarn
  3. Spread the word about our project to other crafters or groups who may want to help
  4. Not a crafter?  Offer your expertise; website help, office mailing, become a regional drop off center
  5. Consider a financial donation.  Even a $5 donation could make several hats and mittens!


KFA has a Tax payer ID number and has 501c3 tax exempt application pending.  All donations go directly to cover
operational costs, mailing, yarn supplies ETC.  All KFA management is on a volunteer basis. NO SALARIES ARE PAID!

November 2009 Update
We are in urgent need of knitters to create warm knits for needy children in our local
communities this winter.  
Any item: Hat Mittens, Scarf, Sweater, Blanket in any and all sizes is needed.
Due to the economy and unemployment rates
we have an unprecedented level of requests for knits.  Currently we have no inventory and a
waiting list of organizations whose children need our help!!!!
